Each page offers a short prompt, an optional tarot touchstone to focus your energy, and a tiny action to anchor insight into real life. By the end of the week, you’ll feel clearer, calmer, and more confident in your next step—without overwhelm. Whether you’re new to journaling/tarot or already love both, this practice meets you where you are and helps you build a sustainable rhythm of self-trust.
