Returns & Refunds Policy

At Creative Soul Tarot, I do not offer returns or exchanges on goods once they have been purchased. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at julie@creativesoultarot.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

 

If your claim is approved, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Please note: I do not offer refunds for change of mind, on paid digital downloads, classes, or readings.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your reading, class, or download, you can contact me through julie@creativesoultarot.com and I will do my best to provide a resolution.
